After many long months of weekly practice (which has been a thoroughly FUN exploration, by the way!), Nico Marucut and I are ready and eager to present this amazing and epic duo recital of some of Classical music’s intensive Greats.
“Guts & Ivory” will proudly present these emotionally stirring and riveting works in their entireties:
- Prokofiev’s Violin Sonata No. 2 in D Major, Op. 94
- Bruch’s Violin Concerto No. 1 in G Minor, Op. 26
- and the “Romance” from Shostakovich’s Ballet Suite No. 1
We’ll be performing at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Arcadia on Sunday, May 27th, 3pm. So, make plans to come and join us for an afternoon of powerful music from the later eras!
