News from String Theory’s Debut!

String Theory’s first performance, busking out on the streets of the Santa Monica Third Street Promenade, was a great adventure and huge success!

Our act consists of “Parallel Universes of Sound” – we cover favorites from Pink Floyd to Moody Blues and John Lennon, perform originals written by our members, and even jam to our own exciting re-imaginings of Celtic, Bluegrass, and Baroque traditions! We are also lucky to be joined by percussion-accents from our own Keith Buerger!

This past Saturday, we attracted a fun and highly receptive audience! We all had a great time making music together and playing for the crowds. We really look forward to doing this again very soon, out on the Promenade, toward the end of October… Stay tuned for details!
