Check out these fun summertime concerts in which I’ll be participating!
- July 16, 9:30am: I’ll be visiting my old church family at First Presbyterian Church of Garden Grove, and playing my arrangement of Jay Ungar’s Ashokan Farewell for two violins and piano! Joining me on the second fiddle will be the church’s very own Rev. Cheryl A. Raine. Admission: free!
- July 22, 2pm: The annual summer Chamber Music Institute performance at Roselle Hall [Google map] in Fullerton! I’ll be playing both first and second violin (though not at the same time!) with a string quartet performing Robert Schumann‘s String Quartet No. 1 in a minor, Op. 41, movements I and IV. Great, great music will be performed in this concert – not to be missed! Admission: free!
- August 12, (two concerts) 1pm and 7pm: Under the executive direction of Lawrence V. Fitz, the Celebration Entertainment Academy will be performing the program, “Songs from the Movies”. I was very kindly invited to participate and perform the acclaimed Theme from “Schindler’s List”, which I really look forward to doing! Click here for more details. Admission: $10 pre-sale, $12 box office.
